Jon E Price is a filmmaker and artist working across film, video, installation and sound. His practice draws on cultural histories, archival materials and site-specific situations to examine the intersection of memory and technology, often blurring the boundary between the real and the speculative.
By combining moving image with sculptural and sonic elements, he creates works where abstract ideas take on physical and emotional form.
Alongside his practice, Jon works as a moving image director and creative director at the intersection of narrative systems, image culture and conceptual ideation. He maintains a high aesthetic output while often working in collaborative environments, challenging conventions of form and storytelling.
